I got my first carry-out from Deccan Delights yesterday. Because the restaurant offers so many diverse dishes, including those seldom seen at other Indian restaurants in the area (chicken 65, goat, regional fare), this review is preliminary. - The default spice level is notably higher than at many other places. The palak paneer packed such a punch that I could scarcely talk after my initial bites. Even dishes like kormas, which are usually delightfully mild, have a kick. If you are spice-challenged (as I have become), be sure to request less spice. - The fish tikka (tandoor) portion was smaller than expected. This was my fault because I didn't take the picture in the online ordering menu literally. - The food is prepared well. - My food was ready on time and packed well (sealed containers, no leaks). I'll be returning in the coming weeks and will update my review then.

Came for the breakfast buffet on Saturday. My first time at an Indian BREAKFAST buffet. The community clearly supports this restaurant as the restaurant stayed busy with Indian/Pakistani diners from the moment we were seated until we left. The service was beyond excellent. Owner and staff are so friendly and thorough with making all diners feel welcome and tended to. Everything on the buffet and the made to order buffet items were fresh and DELICIOUS. My family and I really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning. We are looking forward to trying their mentioned weekend lunch buffet and Wednesday, Friday dinner buffet. Please support this business and all the great food and service they offer!

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Deccan Delights truly lives up to its name! This family-owned spot offers an amazing breakfast buffet that's filled with dishes tasting just like homemade food. The variety is impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. Breakfast buffet items - Live dosa counter, idli, puri ( with chutney, sambhar, chicken curry), vada, pakora, pongal, kesari The staff is incredibly attentive, checking in often and always with a smile, making you feel right at home. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. Will definitely visit again! Parking: Available

The food here was amazing and the service was really quick. We did not have to wait long. It's a nice little mom n pop shop in the area.

Nothing fancy by any means but the food was good. We originally went in for the buffet but it wasn't open at this time. Service was good, very knowledgeable with questions we asked and the owner came to check on us as well to see how we liked our food. Definitely a no thrills place but reliable.

The food was delicious especially chicken afghan kabob. The best Thursday special mutton biryani I have had a long time, taste like a home cooked meal, I love this great food and restaurant atmosphere. Must try their buffet and daily specials. Best Indian food (and some of the best food period) in the area. Very attentive staff, able to accommodate dietary preferences. Looking forward to returning again and again. Every dish we ordered was excellent. Also was not too heavy or oily, which sometimes happens at Indian restaurants. Just overall excellent food. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. They also were able to accommodate vegans easily, and some of the vegetarian options are inherently vegan already Dietary restrictions: Accommodated vegan diners very well Just had Masala Dosa. One of the best Sambhars I've had in years. I was told it's their specialty and is Udipi Sambhar. The chutneys that came along with were quite fresh and different. I am pleasantly surprised. Clean facility, friendly staff and will definitely visit again.
